Data Processing Amendment
Data processing is carried out as stipulated by the Austrian Telecommunications Act (TKG), Section 96 (3), and the GDPR, Article 6 (1a) (consent) and/or Article 6 (1f) (legitimate interests).
The matter that concerns us with regard to the GDPR (legitimate interests) is the improvement of our offer and our website.
We have concluded a direct customer contract with Google on the use of Google Analytics by accepting the “Data Processing Amendment” in Google Analytics. More about the Google Analytics Data Processing Amendment can be found here: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/3379636?hl=en&utm_id=ad

Typekit Web Fonts
To deliver its Typekit service, Adobe may collect information about its fonts (in this case: Concorde), which will be provided on the web server. This information is used for billing purposes and to ensure compliance with regulations. It may comprise the following:
Service providing the fonts (e.g. Typekit or Edge Web Fonts)
Application requesting the fonts (e.g. Adobe Muse)
Server providing the fonts (e.g. Typekit Server or Enterprise CDN)
Host name of the site where the fonts are uploaded
If Do Not Track has been enabled in your browser, no external web fonts are loaded without your consent, but alternative fonts are used instead.
You always have a right of access as well as a right to rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, revocation and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or that your data protection entitlements have been violated in some other way, you can complain to the supervisory authority. In Austria, the data protection authority is called Datenschutzbehörde.
